As a lawyer, I am admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Kentucky and can provide legal advice, representation and services to clients throughout the state. Although much of this is private sector work, I can and do provide legal services for matters that involve public schools as well. On a national basis, my education law practice is geared more toward providing legal information and consulting advice to school administrators and officials, and to providing co-counsel support for plaintiffs and defendants.
